Bio Decomposer Mother Culture is a concentrated, ready-to-mix powder that turns crop residue into compost in the field. One 1 kg pouch is mixed with water on your farm and gives 50 L of decomposer liquid, enough for 50 acres of residue. It is light to carry, easy to store, and costs about ₹60 per acre.

Rule of thumb: 20 g powder in 1 L water for every acre. Use a clean drum and non-chlorinated water (well, borewell or tank water).
How to apply

Crop residue in the field: mix 1 L of the prepared liquid in 200 L water and spray evenly over the chopped or spread residue of 1 acre. Keep it moist and turn or incorporate it after 10 days.

Compost pit or FYM heap: sprinkle 500 ml of the prepared liquid per tonne of biomass, layer by layer. Keep the heap moist.
Spray in the evening. Mix only what you need for the day and keep the remaining powder sealed.
When to apply
- Right after harvest, while the residue is still in the field
- Allow about 3–4 weeks for decomposition before sowing the next crop
Precaution: Do not mix with chemical fungicides or pesticides. Keep the residue moist; dry residue decomposes slowly.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the zip pouch after every use. Shelf life: 12 months from manufacture.
